SIEB’s Hospitality Initiative Expands To New Mexico, Hosts Free Events For Limited-Service Hotels

National Initiative Has Generated Significant Foodservice Savings and Revenue For Its Hotel Members

The Sieb Organization, a global, integrated marketing/communications firm specializing in the hospitality and real estate development industries, is expanding its Hotel Cuisine & Lifestyle (HC&L) initiative to New Mexico and will start hosting free events throughout the state to help Limited-Service hotel owner/operators lower their costs, upgrade quality levels, and drive new revenue. With Sysco Corporation as its exclusive, national distribution partner coupled with Sieb’s fully integrated base of procurement and brand/marketing services, HC&L generates significant savings in off-invoice and billed rebate allowances for its members.

“With over 500 Limited-Service hotels in New Mexico,” explains Eric Sieb, principal of the Sieb Organization, these half-day events help hotels maximize their foodservice operation through
cost savings and revenue enhancement programming.”

Each HC&L event focuses on specific hotel foodservice outlets/departments, meal periods, and day parts and is designed to lower hotel’s foodservice procurement costs, upgrade brand and market positioning, and drive new foodservice revenue and profit in all outlets and departments.

The events also showcases the foodservice products that Limited-Service hotels utilize most and makes them available for purchase through Sysco New Mexico. Through participation in the HC&L initiative, hotels can upgrade the quality of these products while significantly lowering their costs. At these events, attendees will be able to view and sample dedicated product displays for Complimentary Buffets and Amenities, Guest Convenience Stores and additional Foodservice Support Products.

In addition, these events also provide attendees with recommendations on improving their hotel’s visibility and local marketing efforts, which typically target business travelers during the week and families on the weekends. At the event, attendees will view presentations and participate in discussions on hotel brand positioning, website marketing, public relations, social media and online media.

Sieb’s HC&L initiative currently serves hundreds of hotels and restaurants across the U.S.
